So two days ago, Sept 16, was Scott's birthday and what do you think he wanted to do! Can peaches!!! He did 14 quarts. So this month he has canned 42 quarts of peaches so we are set for the winter!!! Isn't he a great husband!!!

I'm so glad the school is understanding!
I was able to get 26 bottles too. It's so fun to can. We did it with Apple juice this year. I can't wait till next year when I won't have a brand new baby and trying to can at the same time. :)
