Well, the other day I was reading over all my blogs and they are mostly about how my house is always a mess and I'm getting no sleep. You will be happy to know that even though my house is still constantly a mess (doing better though), I am getting more sleep. Ammon is doing much better at night. He still usually gets up once a night about 4 a.m. but he goes right back to sleep. That has helped so much having more sleep. The point of this blog is, I think I would rather have a messy house and no sleep than have the worries that I foresee in the future!! Specifically, the challenges that come with having teenagers. Kael turned 15 on his birthday two weeks ago and he got his learner permit. I feel like I'm entering a whole new stage of parenthood and I don't know if I'm ready! In a few years I won't have young kids keeping me up at night (I hope) but my challenges will be different than they are now. I hope I can handle it. I am glad that this all happens gradual so I can get used to it! I really don't feel old enough to have a 15-year-old.

No. No. No! You AREN'T Old enough to have a child that drives. That is super crazy. SUPER SUPER SUPER Crazy. Good luck with that.
WOW! I can't believe that either. Seems like yesterday that he was a baby. Crazy.
WOW!!
being up here in Alaska they start driving at 14. So we'll be hitting your stage in life next April. I'm scared, more scared now that I see little Kael in your drivers seat. That's what Kurt's going to look like, amazing how time fly's.
Kari, just hog tie him and chain him to the bed until he decides to stop growing up. :) Doesn't time just fly...Sydney reminds me everyday I look at her that I am getting old. She is growing up too fast.
Did you know that Syd and Kalli are in the same class next year? You get to go to the maturation presention next year with Kalli, Yikes! At least you have another year before you have to sent her off to Jr. High. Oh, that scares me.
No way! I can't believe that. Wow. So are you giving him driving lessons? I remember those...I think I terrified my parents completely! ha ha...good luck! I will pray for you:) just kidding I'm sure he will do VERY well!
Oh my goodness. I am so not ready for Mason to be that old, but it will come sooner than I plan. I bet he will love it though. And you are such a good mom you can handle anything
