Aaron is five and just missed the deadline for kindergarten by five days. I have been teaching him how to read. We checked out a book from the library, the Macomber reading phonics series, and he has been so excited to be reading. These are the books that Kalli learned how to read when she was four years old. One day, Aaron was reading to me and every page we would clap and he would scream and giggle he was so excited! Learning to read is so exciting!
