I love Ammon's big smiles! He is just growing so big and getting more and more aware and interactive. Last night, I actually got some sleep. He slept a lot better. In fact when I got up with him at 2 a.m., there was a good movie on (Lost in Space) Fox 13 and I wished that I could stay up and finish it. But I knew that if I did, I would pay for it in the morning so I went back to sleep. Anyway, he woke up every three hours instead of two and that was a lot more manageable. After an inspiring conference weekend, it is back to the routine of kids going to school and me home with the babies. I did go walking this morning at the fitness center between 1-2 miles. I am so proud of myself; I went four days last week walking at least one mile and I'm off to a good start this week!

Good job :) Our little man is at about 4 hours between night feedings. I love the longer stretches. I want to be able to walk around the neighborhood. Maybe we should go together. I don't have a pass to the rec and I hate driving to go work out somewhere.
That has got to be one of the biggest smiles I have ever seen on a baby. I bet it makes you laugh and smile everytime he does it. It's contageous. What a happy little boy.
