The Domino Effect

Today, in our ward, we got a new Elder's Quorum presidency.  The funny thing is the domino effect we have feeling in our ward; in January, our bishop was called to be 2nd counselor in the Stake Presidency.  Then a couple of weeks ago, we got a new bishop and he called the Elder's Quorum President to be the 2nd counselor in the bishopric.  So, today, the reorganize the Elder's Quorum president and the Young Men's president was called to be the first counselor!!! Funny! The new Elder's Quorum president is John Romney who is so awesome! He has so much energy and a great testimony and he will be wonderful.  He used to be in the Stake Young Men.  The first counselor is Phil Jackson, who is the Young Men's president. I used to babysit him when we were younger. His dad was our bishop and he was in our ward. He is friend's with my brother Kevin.  He'll be aweome! The Young Men are so sad to lose him.  I think that it will probably be good though because they just had a baby and being Young Men's president is a very demanding calling. He will be great in Elder's Quorum.  The second counselor is one of my primary teachers, Jayson Watabe.  He will be so great but his primary class will miss him so much.  I know that we are members of the true church; The Church of Jesus Christ of LatterDay Saints and I know that these callings are inspired.  These men will do such a great job. I love being in the Lakeridge 3rd Ward. It is just a great ward with such caring people.
